Culture Eats Strategy for Breakfast: Eric Graham talks about the journey back to the workplace

Eric Graham, co-founder and CEO of CrowdComfort (crowdcomfort.com) examines something that is on everybody’s mind right now — what is the journey back to the workplace and what will that workplace look like post-Covid. The Peter Drucker mantra about the importance of corporate culture takes on a whole new meaning in a world where physical distancing will be the norm and millions of people worldwide have learned to work remotely over the past few months. There’s a rethinking of everything. What is the new normal going to be? He also posits "Graham's Law" -- namely that corporate real estate has been able to place more people per square foot in a building -- very like Moore's Law of transistors on a silicon chip. Here's our conversation.
