Cities and Film, a conversation with Ezra Glenn

Who here has seen Chinatown? Or The Naked City? How about Kedi? All of these are movies that celebrate cities in some way, and Ezra Glenn of the Department of Urban Studies and Planning at MIT teaches students how to use the film as a way to develop a deeper understanding of just what a city is. Ezra spends some time with us on unPlanned and helps us explore the intersection of cities and film, whether it's 1920s Berlin or some imagined sci-fi dystopia, and along the way opens our eyes to seeing the world around us.
